Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Please be aware that any coaching session cancelled on the day it is scheduled will still be charged. This policy is in place to respect the time and schedule of both the client and the coach. Thank you for your understanding. Payment Policy: All payments for coaching sessions must be made upfront via bank transfer. This ensures that both the client and coach can focus on the session without any distractions.
