Me... in my authentic self 🤷🏻‍♀️
Me... in my authentic self 🤷🏻‍♀️

📢 What if what you're calling a "weakness" isn't a weakness at all?

Calling a trait of your personality a "weakness" is just putting a label on it.

And labels? They don't matter.

What matters is getting to know yourself better and recognising your patterns. If you can (and want to) change them, then great, let's start working on them!

If you can't change them (or you simply don't want to), start accepting them and find strategies to live with them.

👉 It's a matter of mindset and reframing your perspective.

Let me show you how coaching can help reframe these thoughts into strategies for success.

-You might say to yourself: "I'm so lazy, I keep procrastinating because I don't know where to start or when to finish. I lack structure and discipline. Why do I always feel behind on work?" 👎

-Or, you can reframe this into something much more constructive, like: "Let's set up deadlines for the work I want to achieve. It will help me stay accountable and get the job done well and on time because that's how I'm most efficient at work. That's my working pattern." 👍

See the difference?

Now you can choose your inner dialogue.

💡 An identified (so-called) weakness is, in fact, the starting point for a (soon-to-be) found strategy. 💡

You are more resourceful than you think.

Thanks for coming to my TED-talk.

You're welcome. 😘
